By accessing or playing FORMA-FIGHT ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
FORMA-FIGHT is a free-to-play, browser-based multiplayer game. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes. The Game includes an optional cosmetic store where players may purchase virtual cosmetic items using an in-game currency (Star Credits). No real-money transactions are currently active, but may be introduced in the future.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Game. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Game and agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements stated above. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and associated data.
To save progress and access certain features, you must create an account with a callsign (display name) and password. You are responsible for:
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and no more than 64 characters. Passwords are hashed server-side and are never stored in plaintext. We cannot recover lost passwords. If you lose access to your account, you may need to create a new one.

The Game includes in-game chat and lobby chat features. Chat messages are relayed to other players in real time. In-game chat messages are not stored on the server. Lobby chat messages are held temporarily in memory and are not permanently logged.
The Game includes an automated profanity filter that censors commonly offensive words in chat. Attempting to circumvent the profanity filter to deliver offensive content is a violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages.
We reserve the right to restrict chat access or take other action against players who use chat to harass, abuse, or otherwise violate these Terms.
The Game features a cosmetic store where players can spend Star Credits (an in-game currency earned through gameplay) on optional cosmetic items including colors, trails, skins, and kill effects. These items are purely cosmetic and provide no gameplay advantage.
Star Credits can currently be earned through daily login rewards, achievements, and daily challenges. Real-money purchase options for Star Credits may be introduced in the future.
If real-money purchases are introduced:
All game content, including but not limited to source code, graphics, user interface design, game mechanics, sound effects, branding, and associated documentation, is the property of FORMA-FIGHT and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any game content without prior written permission.
You retain no ownership rights in any virtual items, cosmetics, or in-game currency associated with your account.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Game for any player who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:
If your account is terminated for a Terms violation, you are not entitled to a refund of any purchases or restoration of any in-game progress.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-game settings menu. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data from our servers, including your callsign, statistics, skill tree, cosmetics, match history, achievements, and friend relationships. This action is irreversible.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FORMA-FIGHT and its creators, operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Game, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
Seizure / Epilepsy Warning: The Game contains flashing lights, rapid color changes, and visual effects that may trigger seizures or other adverse reactions in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitive conditions. If you or anyone in your household has a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a physician before playing. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions while playing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us through our Discord server. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution through the courts as described in Section 14.
Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with a relevant consumer protection agency or regulatory body in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
